Baljinder graduated from Glasgow University in 2002 and undertook her traineeship with a respected law firm in Glasgow before moving to another firm in Glasgow where she remained for several years. Her areas of speciality are commercial, land & property development and farming, representing commercial property developers, acting for lenders in repossession sales, residential and commercial purchases and sales, including re-mortgages, part exchanges and help to buy schemes. Acting for both Landlords and Tenants in leasing transactions.
Having grown up in Stirling, she moved to Glasgow following her qualification into the profession but she has now returned to live locally.
Baljinder has little spare time as she operates a “on demand” food and taxi service for her 3 young children but when she does get a rare moment to herself, she likes to escape to the gym in a bid to get healthier (and avoid operating the said food and taxi service). She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
