We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and preferably experienced Legal Secretary to a new role that has just become vacant. We are looking for the right candidate to join our successful Conveyancing Property Department and provide support to our thriving team!
Your responsibilities will include:
Audio typing and digital dictation
All related administration
Liaising with clients both in person and over the telephone providing support in a professional and friendly manner
Providing support for Private Client work as and when required
The candidate ideally would have the following key attributes:
Experience within Property Conveyancing and a strong client focus and knowledge of the legal processes.
Fast and accurate typing skills and be a strong team player
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
High level of attention to detail
Organised and able to prioritise

Permanent Role – Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Ideally the successful candidate will start this position in the New Year!
