Accounts & Administration Assistant - Modern Apprenticeship
A new opportunity for a Modern Apprentice has arisen within the company. We are seeking an Accounts & Administrative Assistant to provide support to our current team and with a focus on an ambition to excel in accounts.
There may be potential for a permanent position at the end of the one-year contract although we cannot guarantee this.
As part of your duties, you will provide support to the accounts and administration teams, with duties such as managing records and processing data entries, processing invoices, writing cheques, taking card payments, controlling credit and chasing debt, liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers, covering a busy reception when required and performing ID checks to comply with Anti Money Laundering Regulations, banking, arranging couriers, filing, photocopying, shredding, following up emails, morning and evening mail collection and sorting.

This apprenticeship is available for those aged between 16 and 19 only. Candidates are preferred to have a Higher level education in English and Maths, however a good standard demonstrated in Nat 5 Equivalent is essential.
The position is part time Monday to Friday 11am – 5pm. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to start a career in an office environment and gain a professional qualification in law accounting.
