COVID-19 Notification

coronavirus

we are now open for business

Hill and Robb Limited offices are now open and we are accepting clients back into the office premises.

We are however still following the current government guidelines and have completed an inhouse risk assessment to evaluate and monitor the position so we can continue to offer our usual high level or service.

You can still continue to obtain legal assistance by contacting our main number on 01786450985 or email us at info@hillandrobb.co.uk now.  Solicitors and support staff will continue to pick up enquiries and deal with them efficiently and effectively as we have been doing throughout lockdown.  If you wish to contact a solicitor directly then please refer to the “About Us” section of this website for individual solicitors’ email addresses.

We can still offer you various modes by which you can consult with us during these restricted times, such as video calls, please just advise us when you are making an enquiry whether you would wish a video call.  We recognise that clients often prefer to have a face-to-face meeting with their solicitor in the office however, we can still continue to conduct these meetings by videocall if preferred.

We are still operating with certain restrictions for office face to face meetings and you will be required to follow these protocols as shown below.

We thank you for your continued patience.

MEETING PROTOCOLS DURING COVID -19

Please note that the following restrictions are in place for face to face meetings in the office until further notice.

You should be advised:

  • If you have a positive Covid test and require to self-isolate or if you have been a close contact and have not had a negative PCR test, please do not attend the office.
  • You should arrive as close to the appointment time as possible.
  • Client/s should wear a mask at all times – we can supply a disposable mask if required.
  • When you arrive you will be asked to apply hand sanitizer to your hands.
  • You can bring your own pen for signing documents but we can also supply a pen that you can take away with you.
