Rachael Burke is a dedicated family law solicitor who joined Hill and Robb in 2025. Rachael qualified in 2023 and has since built a strong foundation in all areas of family law practice in Scotland. She advises clients on a range of matters including separation and divorce, child contact and residence, cohabitation disputes, and protective orders, offering clear, compassionate guidance through often complex and sensitive issues.
Rachael is local to Stirling but completed her LLB (Hons) in Scots and English Law at the University of Aberdeen. She then went on to obtain her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow.
Rachael is known for her calm, client-focused approach and her ability to navigate emotionally challenging circumstances with empathy and professionalism. She is committed to achieving positive outcomes for her clients.
Outside of work Rachael likes to keep fit by going to cross fit classes and the gym.
